Karel Waignein was born in Belgium (Wervik, 1959). He works as a freelance photographer and graphic designer for numerous companies. His thoughtful use of color and his remarkable visual compositions are typical of his style. The narrative character of his photographic work appeals to the imagination. It puts the subject and its environment in question.

The only differences are the clown faces, the props, the clothes and ,of course, photography instead of painting.
