We may collect and process the following data about you:

(i) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site (our "Site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services.

(ii) Details of your activities on our Sites including, but not limited to, pages you view, browsing actions and patterns or participation in any games or contests.

(iii) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Site.

(iv) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

(v) Details of your use of our Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.

(ii) fb_uid, fb_access_token: Storing users with Facebook account connection information, including User ID and the access token. (iii) fb_publish_action: A boolean storing whether a user have publish action permission for ArtStack.

(iv) redirect_url_after_stripe: The redirect location after the user connects to his/her Stripe account.

(v) fb_click_id, sharers_user_id, share_id: Information for statistics, storing where and what Facebook post the user click to enter ArtStack.

(vi) fb_click_id is the id of the click action. sharers_user_id is the user ID who shares the post to Facebook. share_id is the ID of the shared post in Facebook.

(vii) detected_locale: Storing the locale of user (default is “en”). asked_open_app: A boolean storing whether already asked the user to use ArtStack mobile app or not.

(viii) return_to: Storing the place to be redirected after login.

(ix) mystack_layout: Storing the chosen layout option of the stacks list on user profile (grid or list).

(x) main_layout: Storing the chosen layout option of homepage (“mosaic or feed).

(xi) work_in_mind_sort: Storing the sorting option Work in Mind (default “recent”).

(xii) _user_credentials: Storing the access token of the user in ArtStack.

(xiii) _web_session: Storing the web session token of the user in ArtStack with respect to the browser.

(xiv) ab_test, ab_test_ref: Storing the information of A/B test. ab_test is a boolean storing whether A/B Test is enabled to that user. ab_test_ref is a number adjusting the probability of variant A and B. currency: Storing the currency code of the user (e.g. USD).

(xv) first_before_signup, last_before_signup: Already no use.

(xvi) channel: The source page where the user signup to ArtStack.

(xvii) OptimizelyBuckets, OptimizelyEndUserId, OptimizelyPendingLogEvents, OptimizelySegments: Cookies created by an A/B Test service called Optimizely.

(xix) mp{a hash value}mixpanel: A cookie created by an analytics service called MixPanel.


The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored in, countries outside the UK and the European Economic Area ("EEA") for the purpose of operating our Service and some data processing may be carried out by third parties on our behalf (such as a third party host). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

You are responsible for keeping confidential any password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, whether a password has been given to you by us, chosen by you or generated using a third party platform. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
